Bangalore Employers Association-BEA
This is an association of employers formed and registered as required under the Industrial Dispute Act 1947. This association is mandated to ensure that advocates can represent employer members in the Industrial tribunal or labour court as an office bearer or executive committee member of BEA. Becoming a member of this association will enable an advocate, who is already an executive committee member or office bearer of the association to represent your organisation in the court. Advocates are prohibited from appearing directly in the court on labour matters.
The objective of the association is to
- Protect, safeguard, and promote interests on employers.
- To provide legal assistance to a member organisation in conducting their disputes before courts, tribunals, and other authorities.
- To disseminate knowledge pertaining to Labour Legislations to all its members.
